Personal Use Only: Commissions are strictly for personal use. If you need commercial rights, we can discuss the terms separately.

Payment Method: Payments are processed via PayPal.

Payment Terms: A 50% upfront payment is required, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. For orders exceeding $300, installment plans are available.

References & Creative Freedom: If no visual references are provided, I will interpret the character’s design creatively. The more references you provide, the more accurately the artwork will match your vision.

Portfolio & Usage Rights: Unless otherwise requested, I may showcase the final piece in my portfolio or on social media. I retain the right to print and sell all my artwork, including both personal and commissioned pieces.

Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline commissions involving subjects I am uncomfortable with or lack experience in.

Usage Restrictions: The commissioned artwork cannot be used for financial gain.

Reposting Policy: You may share the artwork as long as you credit me as 𝑩𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑲 and include a link to one of my social media pages or tag me when applicable.

Editing Restrictions: Modifying the artwork or removing my signature is not allowed.

Commercial Use Agreement: Unauthorized commercial use of my artwork violates copyright laws. A separate agreement must be made if commercial rights are needed.

Queue & Waitlist: Once payment is received, your commission will be added to my queue. If there’s no immediate availability, you may request to be placed on a waitlist and will be notified when your turn approaches.

No Cancellation Policy: Once a transaction has been made, cancellations will not be allowed under any circumstances. If a commission has started and the 50% upfront payment has been made, refunds will not be issued.

Turnaround Time: Personal-use commissions typically take 1–3 months to complete. If you need the artwork by a specific deadline, please mention it when inquiring, and I’ll confirm if it’s feasible.
